H. Ray Hix, Jr.
Co-Founder and Principal
After practicing law, Ray Hix partnered with Haymes Snedeker to form Hix Snedeker Companies. Together they spent the next ten years financing and developing single-tenant and multi-tenant projects through in-house design and construction. Ray heads new business development while coordinating and financing projects. He has a Juris Doctorate from the University of Alabama School of Law and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Ray enjoys aviation, mountain sports and travel. He and his family reside in Fairhope, Alabama.
Haymes Snedeker
Co-Founder and Principal
Haymes practiced law early in his career until he partnered with Ray Hix to form Hix Snedeker Companies. The two spent the next decade creating an impressive track record of commercial construction projects for multiple national credit tenants. Haymes leads intra-company operations and manages projects on the Gulf and West Coasts. Haymes holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Mississippi School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Mississippi. He enjoys golf, travel and skiing and resides in Fairhope, Alabama, with his family.
