In criminal matters, Hix & Snedeker charges a flat fee for legal representation. That fee includes all court appearances through trial in that respective court. That fee does not include representation on an appeal or other post conviction remedies. The fee is determined by several factors such as the nature of the charge (felony or misdemeanor) and the venue (municipal, state or federal). We are living in economic conditions not seen since the Great Depression, and as such, we are willing to be flexible with the payment of legal fees depending on the case. Should you chose to retain the services of Hix & Snedeker, you will receive a letter detailing the scope of representation as well as the legal fees associated with that representation so there is never any question as to the financial obligation you have to our firm and the legal obligation we have to you.
